I went into Yellowstone Park to see,
if I could find there a lady suited just for me.
I studied the fishes, birds and game,
and learned all the pretty flowers by name,
I climbed all the mountains and canyons of time,
and explored the forests of cedar and pine.
I watched all the geysers and stared deep in the pools.
And I begin to wonder if my dream was shared by fools.
I didn't worry and I tried not to care,
because I knew that the mountains would find a lady to share.

And then one day I was sitting alone,
working and thinking of building a home.
A soft sweet voice -
Could I be her choice? -
With hazel eyes and golden hair,
how could a lady be so fair?
Her friendly smile and magic touch,
made me want to hold her so very much.
She was so young, how could I chance,
my heart with her in a wild romance.

So I asked her that if maybe she,
could spend some of her time with me.
We shared the wonders of nature and time.
We spoke our hearts and we made things rhyme.
Farrah and Lindsey rolled into one,
how could a lady be so much fun?
She'd build me up: I'd feel so high.
Then She'd knock me off: I'd almost cry.
She put my head in such a spin.
How could her love I ever win?

She's out in this world to live and to grow.
There are so many things that she must know.
Of life and of love she can take her time,
for she'll never find a heart greater than mine.
She is so pretty, so wild, and so free,
how can I ask her to make love with me?
There are some adventures that she must live,
and if I took them, She'd never forgive.
I can only hope that maybe someday she,
could trust her heart with me for eternity.
